Originally launched in 2021 by DHS Hospitality Academy, the Pathway to Global Hospitality was created to open doors for Malaysian youths to pursue hospitality education alongside structured industry placement opportunities in Singapore. While the program paused in 2022, its mission never wavered.

Now in 2026, it returns stronger than ever—reimagined as the TALENT RISE Program, powered by a strategic collaboration with eduGuardian in Dubai. This next-generation pathway offers Malaysian students who have completed SPM, UEC, or IGCSE a unique opportunity to fast-track a Degree in just 2 years in Dubai through an innovative Learn & Earn model—where academic learning is seamlessly combined with real-world industry experience.

PROGRAM OBJECTIVE

• Provide International Education Access  - Create a clear and affordable pathway for Malaysian youth to obtain a globally recognised hospitality Degree through international exposure in Dubai.

• Integrate Learning with Real Industry Experience -  Deliver a structured LEARN & EARN model that combines academic study with hands-on industry placement to ensure graduates are job-ready.

• Develop Globally Competitive Hospitality Professionals -  Equip students with practical skills, professional discipline, and cross-cultural competence to build successful international careers in the hospitality industry

PROGRAM STURCUTRE

• 2 Weeks Professional Certificate in Hospitality Operations Program in Malaysia 

• 2 years in Dubai with Paid Attachment

  • 1st Year Level 4 & Level 5 Diploma

  • 2nd year Bachelors (Hons) of Business Management
