Through strategic partnerships with schools, colleges, universities, and hospitality employers, the DHS Hospitality Club introduces young people to the diverse career opportunities available within Malaysia's hospitality and tourism industry while equipping them with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to succeed.
HOSPITALITY UNITY CAREER PROGRAM
Overview
Programs for Schools deliver a comprehensive, future-focused pathway for hospitality excellence. From the DHS Hospitality Career Planning Program to HOPE (Hospitality Operations Preparation Program) and TRADE Skills, students gain practical, industry-ready capabilities. Through Program Digital Cemerlang, alongside free upskilling initiatives and MBA opportunities for teachers, ADHS ensures educators are equally empowered to lead and inspire the next generation.

HOSPITALITY OPERATIONS PREPARATION EDUCATION - HOPE
Hospitality Operations Preparation Education (HOPE) is a future-ready program designed to expose school youth to the dynamic world of hospitality and its related industries. The program builds early awareness, practical understanding, and career readiness—empowering students to explore diverse pathways within hospitality, tourism, events, and service-driven professions. HOPE inspires youth to discover opportunities, develop essential life skills, and confidently prepare for careers in a fast-growing, people-focused industry.
THE HOPE program is designed to provide individuals aged 13 - 15 to understand the Tourism Industry as a whole and the JOB Availability in the Industry
Program Offered: Certificate of Achievement in Tourism Operations
Program Duration: 24 Hours
Program Certification: Malaysian Hospitality Association
TRADE SKILLS CENTRE
The Trade Skills Program is designed for school-going youth to gain hands-on training in practical trades that lead to immediate part-time job opportunities. By equipping youths with real-world skills while they are still in school, the program promotes responsibility, independence, and work discipline.
More importantly, it provides a positive, structured pathway that helps keep youths engaged, productive, and away from negative social influences, empowering them to build confidence and prepare for a sustainable future.
