The Talent Spark Program is a career-focused talent development initiative under the Youth to Hospitality Program, designed to prepare Malaysian youth for rewarding careers in the hospitality industry. Through professional certification, intensive practical training, and direct employment opportunities, participants will acquire the skills, knowledge, and industry exposure required to succeed in Malaysia's growing hospitality sector.

BELIA GENERASI PROGRAM
HOTEL INDUSTRY INTERNSHIP PLACEMENT PROGRAM (HIPP)
CAREER WORK SKILLS PROGRAM
SKILL CAREER ATTACHMENT PROGRAM (SKI - CAP)

Program Duration: 12 Months

Certification: Participants will be awarded a certificate from INSTITUTE OF BUSINESS EXCELLENCE UITM upon successful completion of the program.

Professional Certification Pathways

Participants may choose one of the following industry-focused specializations:

Professional Certificate in Housekeeping Operations
Professional Certificate in Front Office Operations
Professional Certificate in Restaurant Operations

PROGRAM STRUCTURE

The program is designed to develop industry-ready hospitality professionals through a structured learning experience.

5 days to One (1) month intensive Workplace Readiness and Hospitality Industry Training.
Practical hospitality skills training delivered by experienced industry professionals.
Leadership, communication, customer service, and workplace competency development.
Career coaching and employment preparation.
Direct job placement assistance upon successful completion of the training program.
