A total of 150 full sponsorships are available under the TALENT RISE PROGRAM, offered in collaboration with International College Yayasan Melaka (ICYM), giving eligible students the opportunity to pursue higher education at no cost.

The Talent RISE Hospitality Program is a structured education-to-employment initiative designed for Malaysian youths who have completed SPM with a minimum of three (3) credits and aspire to build a successful career in the hospitality industry. The program adopts a Learn & Earn model, allowing participants to pursue an industry-recognized diploma while receiving financial support and gaining practical exposure in the hospitality sector. Sponsored by industry partners, the program removes financial barriers to higher education by providing fully sponsored tuition fees, enabling participants to graduate without the burden of student loans.
1 Month Intensive Hospitality Preparation Program - Participants undergo foundational workplace readiness training and hospitality orientation before progressing into their academic and practical learning journey. Then placed in the Industry and mode of learning is HYBRID Learning

PROGRAM PATHWAY
Option 1: Academic Progression - Graduates may continue to Bachelor’s degree programs with potential sponsorship opportunities, subject to eligibility.
Option 2: International Career Pathway - Graduates may progress to the DHS Pathway to Global Hospitality Program, gaining international work exposure with global hospitality organizations.
