The Talent RISE Hospitality Program is a structured education-to-employment initiative designed for Malaysian youths who have completed SPM with a minimum of three (3) credits and aspire to build a successful career in the hospitality industry. The program adopts a Learn & Earn model, allowing participants to pursue an industry-recognized diploma while receiving financial support and gaining practical exposure in the hospitality sector. Sponsored by industry partners, the program removes financial barriers to higher education by providing fully sponsored tuition fees, enabling participants to graduate without the burden of student loans.
1 Month Intensive Hospitality Preparation Program - Participants undergo foundational workplace readiness training and hospitality orientation before progressing into their academic and practical learning journey. Then placed in the Industry and mode of learning is HYBRID Learning
