We specialize in hospitality placements for Malaysian youths from all walks of life, while also facilitating international career opportunities for youths across Asia through our flagship RISE Youth Hospitality Career Program. Our placement ecosystem is designed to equip participants with the skills, confidence, and industry exposure needed to thrive in today's dynamic hospitality landscape.

Our talent development initiatives—including the Talent Spark Program, Talent Rise Program, and Talent Mobility Program—are carefully developed in collaboration with educational institutions and industry partners. These programs provide practical learning experiences, career readiness training, and direct employment opportunities, enabling participants to transition seamlessly into the workforce.
