A Transformative Vision for Malaysian Hospitality
Inspired by the vision of Dr. S. Sri Kumar, the DHS Outreach Program, established in 2018, introduced a transformative approach to workforce development within Malaysia's hospitality sector. More than a training initiative, it is a social impact movement dedicated to creating equal employment opportunities while developing a skilled and inclusive hospitality workforce.
Together with Persatuan Kebajikan ECOSHARE, the programme continues to bridge the gap between underserved communities and meaningful careers by providing accessible education, industry-recognised training, and direct employment pathways.
