The Talent Mobility Program is a structured Education-to-International Attachment initiative developed for Malaysian youths who aspire to build rewarding careers in the global hospitality industry.

Designed for SPM school leavers with a minimum of three (3) credits, the programme follows a Learn & Earn model, combining academic excellence with practical industry experience. Participants pursue an MQA-recognized Diploma in Hotel Management or Diploma in Culinary Arts, while receiving financial support and access to international career opportunities upon graduation.

Programme Duration: 1.5 Years in Maklaysia and 1 year overseas

Participant Support

Throughout the 1.5-year study period, participants will receive:

PTPTN Education Loan (subject to PTPTN eligibility and approval)
Accommodation (subject to the programme's terms and conditions)
Industry-based practical training
Career coaching and professional development
Access to employment opportunities through DHS Hospitality Network

Upon successful completion of 1.5 years in the diploma program, graduates may choose one of the following pathways:

Option 1 – Taiwan Hospitality Internship - Gain valuable international hospitality experience through a structured internship in Taiwan.

Program Benefits include:

Monthly allowance of approximately RM3,000
International hospitality training
Professional and cultural exposure
Enhanced employability within the global hospitality industry

Option 2 – DHS Global Hospitality Career Pathway - Graduates may progress to the DHS Pathway to Global Hospitality Program, offering international attachments with leading hospitality organisations in:
1. Europe
2. United States of America
3. Australia

Program Benefits Include:

Internship duration of 6–12 months
Monthly allowance of USD500–USD1,000
Accommodation (subject to programme terms and conditions)
International work experience with renowned hospitality employers
Enhanced global career prospects

Option 3 – Academic Progression - Graduates may continue their studies by progressing to a Bachelor's Degree at selected partner institutions. Eligible students may also be considered for sponsorship opportunities, subject to academic performance and program requirements.
